Begin with public sources and fictional test cases.

Where we can start.

Examples to scope together. These are proposed tests, not reported institutional results.

Before we start.

Choose one useful result

Pick one audience, one state and one task. Agree the deliverable, limits and what would make the trial worth continuing.

For example, test whether someone can find the right official property source and explain their next step. Agree the current problem, sample, timing, budget and stop conditions.

Name the people responsible

Agree your sponsor and decision maker, plus W’s delivery lead and source reviewer, before work starts.

Record who owns scope, handles questions, reviews sources, escalates a problem and decides the result. Availability and responsibilities are agreed for each project. An enquiry is not an appointment or service contract.

Discuss the scope ↗

Set the information boundary

Use public sources and fictional cases for early evaluation. Keep client and resident records out of this public form.

The form stores your business contact and general brief, and uses the disclosed email provider to notify W. Before confidential-data work, agree collection, purpose, access, hosting, retention and removal. A name-free real case may still identify someone.

Confirm the buying requirements

Ask your procurement team which process and evidence applies. Confirm the supplying entity, relevant licences, insurance, scope, total cost and terms.

A bank assesses its proposed arrangement; Commonwealth entities, state agencies and councils have different buying frameworks. A small trial still needs the required approvals. Supplier approval and a contract are established through that process.

The official references below apply to their named buyers; they are not W certifications.

Measure, review and decide

Agree how to test usefulness and accessibility. Review the evidence before continuing, correcting or stopping.

Possible measures include successful tasks, finding the correct state and official source, understanding the next action and access issues. Record the test method and sample. Fix serious confusion or safety issues before expanding.

A lender’s education team could test a fictional buyer’s source and next lender question. A council team could test a fictional renter’s safe official repair hand-off. These tests do not process loan applications, resident case files or professional decisions.

We’ll discuss the path.

A general brief, location and approximate scale are enough to start.

Your brief is saved for W to review. Scope, responsible people, availability and next steps are agreed separately. Keep confidential documents outside this form.
